You may return unused merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, The Wallpaper Company will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 30% restocking fee, and return freight. Please note we do not accept returns on samples.

To request a return: Contact us to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email us.

This item ships from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Lead times are between 5 - 14 business days. Our cut off for all orders is Wednesdays are 4pm. You will receive your package via UPS. We only ship orders to the client's verified credit card billing address.
