Delivery times depend on your product and location. Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days, and if you want a more exact estimate, email info@TheWallpaperCompany.com for personalized timing!

As a general rule, vinyl orders of over 240 yards and naturals of 400 yards or more must ship freight due to weight constraints. If you'd like to place an order for a similar quantity and need to confirm how it will ship please contact our customer experience team.

Items labeled “In Stock” will ship from our warehouse in Florida. Other items may ship from one of our partner mills.

Clients local to our Miami, Florida, warehouse may opt to pick up their orders. Once ready for pickup, orders can be picked up Mon- Fri 9am to 4pm.

If your order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help with changes or cancellation. Reach out as soon as possible with your order details, and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on the status of your order.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything looks damaged or isn’t what you expected. Include your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
