For this project in the exclusive Bay Colony neighborhood at 91 Compass Ln, Fort Lauderdale, the goal was clear: transform a minimalist space into a functional, high-end environment using the Guimar Urbina Home Collection.

The Challenge: Balancing Scale and Light in a Waterfront Home

Our client’s home office featured a stunning architectural foundation: high ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and light-toned wood flooring. However, the space felt "unfinished" and risked looking cold. The challenge was to integrate professional-grade furniture that complemented the Guimar Urbina Interiors aesthetic without obstructing the natural light or the clean lines of the room.
